This Beautiful Place


Little Miss Stevi. Have you ever seen a more precious face? My time spent with her made an impression on my heart. Cute as a button and curly locks to boot, but her sweet personality is what made her so special.

We met at Dawes Arboretum on a beautiful August morning. Stevi was eager to explore what she described as a "beautiful place". LOL I was very excited to see that Stevi and her mommy (Carly) wore beautiful soft shades of pink, one of my favorite colors. Shoes were removed and we were off on our adventure.

Stevi and her mommy walked around the Arboretum casually smelling the flowers, playing ring around the rosie, and giggling while I snapped their photos. Stevi was amazed at all the beautiful nature around us, often commenting on how "beautiful" everything was. They ran, they played, they both did exactly what every photographer hopes their clients do... Be themselves. The result was precious Mommy & Me photos that I hope they both will cherish for a lifetime.
